Javascript Developer

Role Overview

You will design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using advanced JavaScript, translating business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces while helping guide architecture and engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using modern JavaScript techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into user-friendly interfaces
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, enforcing best practices and code quality
• Implement modern frontend frameworks/libraries to deliver maintainable systems
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code health
• Troubleshoot complex issues and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce improvements to development workflows

Requirements

• Extensive experience building sophisticated web applications with JavaScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular and state management tools
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clarity and collaboration mindset
• Proven track record driving frontend architecture and leading development initiatives
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams
