Role overview

Veeam is seeking a JavaScript Developer to join its team. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support Veeam’s products and services, with a focus on high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain backup and recovery solutions using Veeam’s product suite
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand data protection needs and create tailored solutions
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Provide technical support and guidance on Veeam products and best practices
Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery tests and drills
Stay current with industry trends and Veeam product enhancements
Document procedures, configurations, and operational workflows
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in data management and backup/recovery (or related technical roles)
Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and enterprise storage systems (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proactive problem-solving approach

Nice to have

Relevant certifications such as Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or equivalent
