Role Overview

BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (JavaScript Developer) to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for client needs. You will work with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other developers) to deliver scalable features and improvements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions based on requirements and specifications
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code aligned with industry standards
Perform testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability
Troubleshoot technical issues during development and post-deployment
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Contribute to technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven software development experience and strong fundamentals
Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript (also mentions Java, Python, C#)
Experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar
Familiarity with Agile and Git
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration

Nice to Have

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
