Role Overview

AdVenture Studio is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives. You’ll help improve online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics; produce reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content
• Stay current with industry trends, platform/algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools/platforms, including:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Email marketing software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; creative mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive, independent working style and commitment to staying up to date with trends

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with CMS and graphic design tools
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
