About the role

Role Overview

As a JavaScript Developer at Alignerr, you will support AI training by reviewing and improving AI-generated JavaScript. You’ll build JavaScript solutions, identify edge cases, and create clear explanations of code logic (training support provided).

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency and ES6+ standards.
Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions across varying difficulty levels.
Write human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Identify and flag edge cases in AI-generated web and backend code.

Requirements

Prefer Bachelor’s degree+ in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
3–5 years of experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue.

Preferred

Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.

Contract & Schedule

Hourly contract, 10–40 hours/week, remote.
