About the role

Role Overview

Alignerr is hiring a JavaScript Developer for an hourly contract role focused on supporting AI training by reviewing and improving AI-generated JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency and ES6+ standards.
Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions across varying difficulty levels.
Write human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Identify and flag edge cases in AI-generated web and backend code.
Training support will be provided.

Requirements

Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
3–5 years of experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).

Nice to Have

Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
