Role Overview

Contract JavaScript Developer (Remote) for Crossing Hurdles. Work with a distributed team to design, build, and improve scalable web application features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, reusable JavaScript for web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a JavaScript developer in modern engineering environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Agile practices and collaborative tools
