About the role
Role Overview
You will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications. The role blends strong Java backend expertise with modern frontend architecture across Angular, React, and Vue, while mentoring teams and setting best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade web applications.
- Lead UI strategy and frontend architecture using Angular, React, and Vue.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Java-based services (e.g., Spring Boot, microservices).
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and UI/full-stack development best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and high-quality.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Mentor and guide developers across UI and full-stack disciplines.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development with strong Java expertise.
- Proven experience as a UI Architect (or similar).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Angular (latest versions)
- React.js
- Vue.js
- Java framework expertise such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
- State management: Redux, NgRx, Vuex (or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
- Build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Cypress.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
