Responsibilities

Deliver Java-based software projects for client engagements
Work remotely (customer-dependent) and manage your working hours flexibly
Collaborate closely with the team and participate in internal expert exchange and support

Requirements

5+ years of full-time experience in software development
Deep expertise in one or more of: Java (Spring Boot) and/or Kotlin
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
Experience with one of: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Frontend experience with Angular, React, or Vue
Strong communication skills and a growth mindset

Nice to have

Interest in stepping into leadership and company-building responsibilities
Enthusiasm for working with top-tier technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing)

Compensation & benefits

Fixum: €60,000–€75,000
Target salary: €70,000–€85,000 (includes revenue share based on your own projects, quarterly)
30 days vacation
IT equipment of choice (Mac, Linux, or Windows)
Flexible working hours and 95%–100% home office (customer-dependent)
Option for remote work abroad (as described by the company leadership)

Auralis Group is a young IT services company (about two years old) with around 80 employees that supports customers in software development projects. The group also builds and spins out startups and works with advanced technologies such as AI and quantum computing.
