Java SDET Engineer (Remote - USA)

Responsibilities

Perform software engineering in test (SDET) activities for banking/financial client environments.
Develop and execute automated testing using Java and application server ecosystems.
Write and validate SQL queries against Oracle databases.
Support environment-related tasks, including data center configuration familiarity, environment verification scripts, and pattern checking.
Communicate effectively and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Java and application servers, specifically WebSphere.
Oracle database experience, including writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with data center configurations and environment verification scripts.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of banking and financial clients.
