Role Overview

As a Java Developer, you will help design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that support next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required—your focus is on strong backend and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect microservices solutions for complex application requirements
• Collaborate with the customer team to review technical specifications and deliver high-quality code
• Improve performance, reliability, and security through engineering insights
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems as needed

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience working with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, data structures, and backend best practices

Nice to Haves

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
