Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect microservices solutions for complex application requirements
• Collaborate with customer teams to review technical specifications and deliver high-quality code
• Improve performance, reliability, and security through expert engineering insights
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems as needed

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and backend best practices

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Prior experience on AI-driven or data-intensive projects
