Java Developer

Role Overview

You will develop and maintain Java-based solutions for enterprise clients, with a focus on microservices, databases, and deployment automation. You’ll also drive technical initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs) leveraging Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and manage database interactions with Oracle or MS SQL.
• Use DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to support software deployment.
• Conduct performance monitoring and tuning for applications.
• Lead technical initiatives and POCs using Generative AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JUnit, JPA, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Tomcat, Oracle/MS SQL, and SQL performance tuning.
• Container platform experience: OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• CI/CD and DevOps tooling experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, Splunk.
• Senior Java engineer-level expertise.
