Role Overview

Snowrelic Inc is seeking early-career Full Stack Software Engineers with a strong AI-driven development mindset to support federal programs. The position is remote (U.S.-based preferred) and focuses on building scalable, secure, user-centric applications using modern web and backend technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a remote, distributed environment
Build modern, responsive UIs using React
Implement backend services and APIs using Java and/or Python
Implement and support CMS solutions, including Drupal
Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot and generative AI assistants) to improve productivity and code quality
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Ensure security, scalability, and performance aligned with federal standards
Perform code reviews, testing, and support deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues across the full stack

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
Proficiency with: Java, Python, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with React
Experience with Drupal (or similar CMS platforms)
Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern architectures
Experience with Git (or similar version control)
Ability to work effectively fully remote

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation frameworks)
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
Prior experience supporting federal/government clients
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards

Security Requirements

Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
U.S. citizenship or lawful eligibility may be required
Ability to pass a background investigation
