About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a Java + DevOps + Spring Boot Developer to build and deliver scalable microservices and manage CI/CD and cloud deployments. The role focuses on backend development, cloud deployment, and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot
Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure, ensuring performance and security
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, product management, operations)
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement
Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Core Java and strong object-oriented programming fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for RESTful APIs and microservices
Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes
Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scripting
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and proactive learning mindset

Hands-on training/mentorship experience or strong interest in professional development and certifications
