Role Overview
Whatnot is hiring an IT Systems & A/V Engineer to support internal technology operations and provide A/V assistance for live events.
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and implement/maintain enterprise applications securely.
- Implement and maintain IT tools to improve operational efficiency and automate IT processes.
- Ensure technology compliance with evolving security standards and policies.
- Streamline access management (access and permissions workflows).
- Provide onsite A/V support for events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in A/V support.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with modern IT technologies and automation.
- Ability to anticipate evolving security/compliance needs and associated system changes.
