IT Support Manager

Role overview

Join bunch as the first dedicated IT Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role overseeing corporate IT, device security, access governance, and ISO 27001 compliance, enabling the company to scale securely and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees have a secure, reliable working environment (from device configuration to day-to-day issue resolution).
• Manage and secure employee devices, including device security and hardware asset inventory.
• Handle day-to-day IT support and close tickets by fixing root causes.
• Support and operate the company ISO 27001 compliance program (including collaboration with engineering for governance).
• Manage the compliance platform and conduct regular access reviews.
• Oversee device security, implement rigorous access controls, and help protect sensitive data.
• Configure and troubleshoot office networks (e.g., Wi-Fi and connectivity) as needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on MDM experience with Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle.
• 3–5 years in corporate IT, IT security, or IT operations (ideally in a startup/scale-up of ~50–200 people).
• Strong communication skills; able to translate security requirements into plain language for non-technical teams.
• Solid experience with an IdP/SSO platform: Okta, JumpCloud, or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with a compliance platform such as Vanta or Drata.
• At least one full ISO 27001 implementation or audit-support cycle.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset (ability to close tickets and address root causes).
• Comfortable configuring/troubleshooting office networks (e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Experience operating in environments with security/compliance governance at scale.
