Role Overview

Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach supporting 3 teams to improve team dynamics, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness. You’ll coach through conflict, resistance, and change while maintaining accountability and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies focused on outcomes (not just completion)
• Coach teams toward ownership, accountability, and high performance using Agile principles
• Identify and remove impediments, reinforcing team ownership
• Address negative behaviors directly and constructively
• Partner with stakeholders to improve clarity, communication, and work flow
• Encourage practical experimentation with Agile and engineering practices
• Use AI and modern tools to enhance team effectiveness, insight, and decision-making
• Improve predictability, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ensure progress and value delivery are visible to stakeholders
• Contribute to a high-trust, collaborative, accountable environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar
• Proven ability to improve team dynamics in low-accountability or high-friction environments
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile ways of working
• Experience supporting multiple teams / complex environments
• Demonstrated curiosity in using AI to enhance thinking and coaching
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II, ICP-ATF, ICP-Client)
• Experience with engineering or data-focused teams (ideally at scale)
• Familiarity with Lean-Agile metrics (flow, predictability, team health)
• Spanish or Portuguese speaking ability
• Experience supporting organizational change with leaders
