IT Deployment & Systems Assistant (Part-Time)

Role overview

Part-time IT Deployment & Systems Assistant to support infrastructure and software deployments for data aggregation and CRM integration projects. You will work closely with the Principal Consultant/Project Manager to keep systems scalable, secure, and highly available.

Responsibilities

• Deploy web applications and ensure correct integration between frontend UI and Supabase backends
• Configure and optimize proxies to maintain high uptime for high-volume/national search functions
• Securely manage third-party REST API integrations, including use of environment secrets and middleware
• Maintain technical documentation (architecture and deployment steps) to support audit-ready project management
• Support automation tasks such as scheduled database pruning and synchronization

Required skills & qualifications

• Proxy rotation experience (residential/datacenter) with ability to implement and troubleshoot for high-volume data scraping/API aggregation
• Strong modern full-stack experience with Vite + React + Tailwind on the frontend and Supabase (PostgreSQL) on the backend
• Advanced SQL skills for schema management, row-level security (RLS), and normalization for persisting external API data (e.g., Jooble/Careerjet)
• Experience building and maintaining Supabase Edge Functions using TypeScript and setting up Cron jobs for data maintenance
• Familiarity/interest in AI-assisted “vibe coding” workflows (e.g., Lovable.dev, Cursor)
• Understanding of data privacy and information security frameworks to ensure secure deployments

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with audit-ready documentation practices in a project-management environment
• Prior work involving national-scale data aggregation and API integrations

• Work type: Remote / project-based
• Hours: Very limited, flexible; about 2–5 hours per week
