About the role
Role Overview
You will serve as an IT Delivery Manager in a hybrid player-coach capacity, transforming IT into a coordinated, data-driven organization. You’ll lead high-visibility, cross-functional IT initiatives, acting as the main bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IT programs (e.g., SailPoint deployment, UAR program coordination, Software Asset Management, and major migrations/integrations).
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to reduce day-to-day escalations to senior leadership.
- Drive end-user adoption and manage the overall IT user experience, including:
- Developing and executing enablement strategies
- Creating training programs
- Maintaining a centralized documentation repository
- Define success metrics for IT programs and build dashboards to track enterprise impact and customer support trends.
- Coordinate IT intake and delivery using IT service and ticketing workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering IT programs and managing enterprise system change (preferably in large enterprises with 7000+ users) with a diverse SaaS stack.
- Strong analytical skills to define success metrics, track outcomes, and identify root causes.
- Demonstrated matrix leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority over resources.
- ITSM experience including IT intake and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira, with understanding of ITIL or IT service design principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating technical details into business value.
- Fluency in delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.
Nice to Have
- ISMs/ITIL or similar certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISC/ISM, etc.).
- Experience in IT service management or IT business operations.
- BI/data analytics experience with Snowflake, HEX, or Power BI.
- Experience with identity governance systems such as SailPoint or Okta.
