About the role
Role overview
Contribute to building and training cutting-edge AI systems as an iOS Software Engineer - AI Trainer. You’ll work on programming and evaluation tasks that directly improve AI models, with fully remote flexibility and the ability to set your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with emphasis on Android development.
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
- Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer.
Preferred / additional skills
- Preferred experience in Kotlin.
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
Work model & compensation
- Fully remote; available to people in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.
- Flexible schedule: choose which projects to take and when to work.
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance.
- Work is delivered via the platform after passing a short assessment.
