About the role

Role overview

Contribute to building and training cutting-edge AI systems as an iOS Software Engineer - AI Trainer. You’ll work on programming and evaluation tasks that directly improve AI models, with fully remote flexibility and the ability to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer.

Preferred / additional skills

Preferred experience in Kotlin.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.

Work model & compensation

Fully remote; available to people in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.
Flexible schedule: choose which projects to take and when to work.
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance.
Work is delivered via the platform after passing a short assessment.
