iOS Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding community to help develop and train cutting-edge AI systems. This is paid AI-training work where you complete programming tasks, evaluate AI-generated code, and provide written feedback that improves future model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Preferred: experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer.

Preferred / Skills

• Preferred: Kotlin experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
  • C, C++, C#
  • React, Go, Java
  • Swift

Work model & logistics

• Fully remote with flexibility: choose projects and set your own schedule.
• Paid work is hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with opportunities for higher-paying projects based on performance.
• Pay is processed via PayPal.
