iOS Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and refine AI systems by designing and evaluating programming work. The role supports fully remote participation with a flexible schedule, including the option to fit work around other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape improvements to future AI models

Requirements

• Fluent English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer

Preferred Skills / Tech

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & Work Details

• Hourly pay for projects: up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
• Paid via PayPal; PayPal handles any currency conversion
• Work availability limited to: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand

Assessment

• After signing up, complete a short assessment (serves as the interview). If you pass, you’ll receive confirmation and access to paid work.
