About the role

Role Overview

Netrolynx AI (Credit Genie) is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to lead the architecture and development of its iOS mobile applications over the next 2–3 years of growth. You will re-architect the existing mobile platform and expand into new product areas, influencing the direction of mobile UX and system scalability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to architect new features and define engaging iOS user experiences.
Own and improve iOS development practices, including design patterns, deployment processes, and customer experience.
Partner with product, marketing, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with KPIs and business objectives.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable Swift code for app features, components, and integrations.
Participate across the software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment).
Follow engineering best practices: code reviews, daily standups, planning, and product demonstrations.
Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for the platform.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional iOS mobile application development experience.
Strong Swift proficiency.
Deep understanding of mobile UX best practices.
Experience leading large-scale projects and working cross-functionally in an agile, iterative environment.
Ability to propose, refine, and implement UX/product solutions based on customer needs.
Proficiency converting Figma designs into production-ready iOS code.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
