iOS Engineer

Role Overview

Design and develop high-performance native iOS applications that support field operations. Work with product, design, and engineering teams to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions while meeting performance and usability standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
• Collaborate with product and design to implement features aligned with user needs and business goals
• Debug and troubleshoot performance, memory, and stability issues
• Improve engineering best practices, tooling, and processes for code quality and maintainability
• Stay current with iOS technologies, frameworks, and platform features
• Mentor and guide team members to raise the team’s technical bar

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience building production iOS applications
• Strong Swift proficiency; Objective-C experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience debugging memory and performance issues
• Communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
