Role Overview

Join Quora as an iOS Engineer working on the Poe product—an AI platform that consolidates multiple AI language models into a single chat and build experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the Poe iOS application with high performance, responsiveness, and stability.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features that improve user engagement and AI integration.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
Integrate third-party AI models and APIs to deliver new in-app AI functionalities.
Stay current with iOS development trends and AI advancements to continuously improve app capabilities.
Contribute to technical documentation and team best practices.
Work with backend engineers to optimize data flow and ensure smooth communication between the app and server infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven iOS development experience using Swift and Objective-C.
Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, APIs, and mobile development best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating backend services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
