About the role

Role Overview

Join a customer team as an iOS Developer (contractor) to help shape the next generation of iOS mobile applications. You’ll work remotely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless, innovative user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance iOS applications following best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to define and ship new features
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for long-term maintainability
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure optimal performance and user experience
Participate in code reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback to maintain high code quality
Stay current with iOS development trends, technologies, and frameworks
Communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills / Qualifications

Proven expertise in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC and MVVM
Experience with RESTful APIs, 3rd-party libraries, and Apple frameworks
Ability to write unit and UI tests
Advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teamwork
Experience with version control (e.g., Git)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Prior work in Agile and with remote teams supporting global clients
Knowledge of App Store submission and release management processes
