About the role

Role Overview

Join a customer team as an iOS Developer on a contractor basis. You’ll help design, build, and maintain next-generation iOS mobile applications while working remotely with product, design, and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance iOS applications following best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for long-term maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance and UX.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold high coding standards.
Stay current with iOS trends, technologies, and frameworks.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Proven iOS development experience using Swift and Objective-C.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
Experience with RESTful APIs, 3rd-party libraries, and Apple frameworks.
Ability to write unit and UI tests.
Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication for remote teamwork.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Prior work in Agile and remote teams serving global clients.
Knowledge of App Store submission and release management processes.
