Role Overview

Contract iOS Developer (Remote)

Join a customer’s team as an expert iOS Developer to help shape the next generation of mobile applications. You’ll work remotely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance iOS applications following best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, scalable, well-documented code for long-term maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal app performance and UX
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback while upholding quality standards
Stay current with iOS trends, technologies, and frameworks
Communicate technical concepts and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Proven iOS application development expertise using Swift and Objective-C
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Apple frameworks
Ability to write unit and UI tests
Advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration
Experience using Git in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile and remote teams serving global clients
Knowledge of App Store submission and release management processes
