About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Content Developer to join our team at Itlearn360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating engaging educational content across various subjects and levels. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible learning materials. The Content Developer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure that all content aligns with our quality standards and educational goals. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Content Development, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in educational content creation, curriculum development, or e-learning is preferred. Strong writing and editing skills, along with proficiency in digital content creation tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), are essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia integration, and assessment strategies. Experience working with diverse educational technologies and a passion for innovative teaching methods will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required. Responsibilities Design, develop, and update engaging and pedagogically sound educational content, including modules, videos, quizzes, and assessments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Utilize instructional design principles to create learner-centered materials that cater to diverse learning styles. Maintain consistency in content quality, style, and tone across all platforms and courses. Review and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and learner engagement. Ensure all content complies with relevant educational standards and accessibility guidelines. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in online education and instructional design. Assist in the integration of multimedia elements and interactive features to enhance learning experiences. Support the testing and deployment of new educational tools and platforms as needed.
