Role Overview

Build and ship native iOS features for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, focused on clean user flows, fast performance, high product quality, and reliable releases used by real customers.

What You’ll Build

• Native iOS features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys
• Make complex financial workflows feel clean, fast, and simple on mobile
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to move from concept to production
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, responsiveness, and release stability
• Use production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior to improve features post-launch
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling, and financial workflows with strong reliability

Requirements

• Strong native iOS experience using Swift
• Experience shipping iOS apps used by real users
• Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns
• Strong product sense and UX focus (not only building screens)
• Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and app quality
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without lowering the bar
