About the role
Role Overview
Contribute to training and improving cutting-edge AI systems as an iOS Developer / AI Trainer. You’ll work on a variety of coding tasks, help validate AI-generated code, and provide clear explanations and feedback that directly influence the next generation of AI models.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems (with an emphasis on Android development)
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that helps shape future AI model outputs
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Preferred: previous software development / coding experience (Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, Programmer)
Nice-to-Haves
- Preferred experience in Kotlin
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Work Model & Logistics
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and when you work)
- Hourly pay via platform projects, with rates starting at $50–$100+/hr (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
- After signup, complete a short assessment (serves as an interview). If you pass, paid work becomes available.
