iOS Developer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a native iOS Engineer to design, develop, and maintain iOS applications for a recruitment platform. You’ll build smooth, reliable mobile experiences for job seekers, collaborating with product, design, backend, and AI teams from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality native iOS features for onboarding, account management, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted journeys.
• Convert complex financial workflows into intuitive mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to implement new features.
• Ensure app quality by monitoring performance metrics, crash reports, and user feedback.
• Integrate third-party APIs and authentication protocols; ensure secure handling of sensitive financial data.
• Maintain app responsiveness, stability, and loading times.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay current with iOS trends and improve app functionality with new approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping native iOS apps using Swift.
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks: SwiftUI and UIKit, plus modern concurrency (async/await).
• Experience integrating APIs, authentication mechanisms, and secure data handling.
• Ability to debug and resolve production issues; optimize performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with iOS architecture patterns and best practices for maintainable/scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on UX/UI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working on production mobile apps with performance monitoring and crash analytics.
• Experience building secure, API-driven mobile flows involving financial data and workflows.
