Role Overview

Join the team as an iOS Engineer to build and enhance the native iOS experience of a recruitment platform. You’ll focus on features across onboarding, account management, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys, impacting the daily experience of millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS features for onboarding, account management, financial transactions, rewards, and AI-driven experiences.
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI engineers to take ideas from concept to production.
• Maintain high app quality by monitoring performance metrics, crash reports, and user feedback; implement improvements.
• Integrate secure APIs and authentication mechanisms while upholding strict data privacy and security standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization across devices and iOS versions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing; stay aligned with engineering best practices.
• Keep up with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience building native iOS apps with Swift, with a strong portfolio of shipped apps.
• Deep understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architecture patterns including async/await.
• Experience integrating APIs, authentication protocols, and secure data handling in mobile apps.
• Strong debugging and production issue resolution skills; ability to improve performance and reliability.
• Solid grasp of UX design principles to create intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly, and maintain quality.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented; passionate about impactful mobile products.
