About the role

Role overview

Join GrabJobs as an iOS Developer to build and improve the native iOS experience for the platform. You’ll work on user-facing features such as onboarding, account management, payments, job applications, notifications, and AI-powered user journeys.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy native iOS features across the app
Implement onboarding flows, payment integrations, account management, and AI-driven journeys
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to ship from concept to release
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Monitor and improve app quality using crash reports, analytics, and user feedback
Optimize performance, stability, responsiveness, and edge-case handling
Integrate secure authentication and financial workflows to protect user data and transactions

Requirements

Proven experience shipping high-quality native iOS apps used by real users
Strong Swift skills, with familiarity in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and common iOS architecture patterns
Experience integrating APIs, handling secure data, and managing complex workflows
Strong problem-solving skills, UX awareness, and ability to debug and optimize performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice-to-haves

Experience building complex workflows involving payments, authentication, and AI-driven user experiences
