International Trust Operations Manager

Role Overview

International Trust Operations Manager at Absolute Security (hands-on role focused on trust, compliance operations, and audit support). You will own key EMEA/international trust operations and partner with North American counterparts and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales).

Key Missions

• Act as the primary point of contact for trust operations in EMEA and international markets, handling customer security requests and evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer security reviews and due diligence activities.
• Coordinate external audit engagements, serving as liaison with third-party auditors and ensuring audit artifacts are well organized.

Requirements

• Experience with external audit engagements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and understanding how audit evidence is gathered and managed.
• Familiarity with core control domains, including:
  • Risk Management
  • Change Management
  • Incident Management
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Law (or equivalent experience).
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate compliance research, drafting, and gap analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain compliance and risk topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience completing customer-facing security questionnaires and assurance requests (e.g., RFPs).
• Familiarity with GDPR and regional regulatory requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in GRC, information security, audit, compliance, or trust operations (ideally in SaaS/cloud-native environments).

Nice to Have

• Progress toward or interest in certifications such as CISA or CRISC (or related).
