Interim Contracts Counsel

Role Overview

Interim Contracts Counsel for an immediate need supporting a global manufacturing organization. This is a fully remote role with East Coast hours strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft a range of commercial agreements, including:
  • Marketing agreements (including brand ambassador agreements)
  • Collaboration agreements
  • Vendor agreements
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Supply chain agreements
  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Act as a point of contact for Sales, Human Resources, and Executive teams on questions related to internal and client agreements.
• Perform legal research as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years advising on contractual issues in a top law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited national law school.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial agreements.

Nice-to-Haves

• Preference for AmLaw training.
• Experience advising on marketing agreements and/or brand ambassador agreements.

Compensation

• Pay rate: $95–$100 (rate provided in the posting).

Location / Scheduling

• Fully remote; East Coast hours strongly preferred.
