About the role

Role Overview

Grow the Roses is seeking an Interface Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll partner with UX designers, developers, and product teams to improve usability and elevate the brand through well-crafted interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design clean, functional, and aesthetically appealing UI for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using standard tools
Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve usability
Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as an Interface Designer (or similar)
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable UI design tools
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate design decisions

Nice to Have

Knowledge of basic front-end development: HTML and CSS
