IntelliMatch Developer

Role Overview

Remote role for an IntelliMatch Developer supporting project delivery through requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, and development within IntelliMatch (DIM).

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and existing IntelliMatch reconciliations to design solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure and develop IntelliMatch components, including reconciliations and related enhancements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize MSSQL stored procedures; implement required code changes.
• Follow software development best practices and technical standards.
• Recommend technical solutions and tooling aligned with existing architecture and standards.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, technical guidelines, support documentation).
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery discussions with project managers and product owners.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in IntelliMatch (DIM) development, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong experience with IntelliMatch (DIM) Version 20+.
• Proficiency in MS SQL and MSSQL stored procedure development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
