About the role

Role Overview

As an Integrations Product Manager at Cresta, you will own a strategic product area: integrating Cresta’s AI Agent with the systems behind real customer interactions. You’ll lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for CCaaS integrations to deliver an omnichannel experience and enable human–AI collaboration at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Roadmapping: Prioritize CCaaS platforms (voice, chat, SMS) for Cresta AI Agent integrations based on contractual obligations, market traction, and internal requirements.
  • Execution: Lead multiple engineering teams to:
    • design scalable integration approaches,
    • build CCaaS integrations efficiently,
    • deliver on-time integrations for timely AI Agent launches.
  • Customer Interface: Act as the liaison between Cresta engineering and customer business/technical teams, including:
    • running discovery sessions,
    • driving key decisions,
    • educating customers on Cresta’s integration approach.
  • Product Strategy: Develop integration strategies using emerging protocols (e.g., MCP) and approaches such as iPaaS to minimize effort and accelerate integration with external systems (e.g., CRMs, systems of record, airline booking systems) across verticals.
  • Partnerships: Strategize and execute business/technical arrangements with external partners and platforms to speed up integrations.
  • Developer Experience: Improve developer experience so that a Forward Deployed Engineer can complete a new system integration within one day (excluding CCaaS).
  • Verticalized Execution: Partner with Forward Deployed Product Managers and GTM to:
    • prioritize verticals by system prevalence,
    • tailor integration approaches,
    • drive integrations in prioritized markets.
  • SDK Strategy: Define the SDK strategy and scope core capabilities to support technical users consuming Cresta’s AI Agent (e.g., via a mobile app).
