About the role

Role Overview

Floy is seeking an Integration Product Manager to act as the key interface between Floy’s internal software teams and external healthcare IT stakeholders (e.g., RIS and PACS providers). The mission is to enable seamless, compliant integration of Floy’s AI radiology solutions into clinical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integration roadmap and align integration goals with broader product and company strategy.
  • Work with business, product, and technical teams to drive adoption through compliant, robust interoperability.
  • Partner with external stakeholders (RIS, PACS, HIS vendors) to design, manage, and validate interoperability solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize integration requirements from customers and partners.
  • Define integration API specifications and data flows, using HL7/DICOM and related interoperability protocols.
  • Guide cross-functional engineering teams through implementation and testing of integration features.
  • Support go-live, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with customer technical teams.
  • Ensure deployments and integration features meet medical software regulations and quality standards, including MDR, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, system performance, and technical trends.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Medical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in software product or integration management, ideally in healthcare/radiology/health tech.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT (especially RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7).
  • Hands-on experience with interoperability standards or integration tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory documentation and quality systems for CE-marked and MDR-regulated products.
