Inside Sales Contractor

Role overview

Inside Sales Contractor for Credit Wellness, LLC. You will work 100% remotely handling inbound callers and providing credit consultations with the goal of enrolling them in company services. This is a commission-based role with coaching and onboarding support.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential
• Performance-based bonuses regularly available
• Training stipend (Weeks 2–4): $1,000 total, or your commission if higher (you receive whichever benefits you most)
  • Week 1: Commission-only
  • Week 2: $250 guaranteed minimum
  • Week 3: $325 guaranteed minimum
  • Week 4: $425 guaranteed minimum
• Average 1st-year OTE (US): $25K–$35K
• Top rep 1st-year OTE (US): $35K–$45K

What you will be doing

• Educate inbound callers on their credit standing through consultations
• Determine fit and enroll callers into appropriate services
• Use company digital tools daily to manage leads, conversations, and reporting
• Apply feedback from sales coaches and maintain professional client communication

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (required)
• Tech savvy and comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Slack, CRM, Google Sheets)
• Growth-oriented, autonomous self-starter
• Team player able to incorporate coaching feedback
• Patient, professional, empathetic—especially under pressure
• Financially motivated with ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Ability to converse with a wide range of people; strong active listening and rapport building
• Ability to work from a home office/quiet workspace
• Strong internet connection
• Laptop/desktop required; devices like Chromebooks/iPads and systems with < 8GB RAM may not support the platform

Training and schedule

• Training (Weeks 1–4): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Week 1 is mandatory; missing a day may require restarting Week 1
• Post-training shifts: Monday–Friday (shift hours to be discussed with hiring manager)
• Available EST shifts listed from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM through 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (multiple options)
