About the role

Role overview

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will lead client implementations for Shipup’s unified Post-Purchase + Returns SaaS product. You’ll develop standardized implementation processes and support pre-sales and internal teams to deliver strong client value.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth expertise on Shipup’s SaaS solutions and market needs, and act as a reference resource for internal teams.
Own the implementation project lifecycle, from defining specifications to go-live / commissioning.
Support pre-sales activities and help account executives during the sales process.
Contribute to a strategy to scale/upgrade and onboard more strategic accounts smoothly.

Requirements

Experience acting as a project manager throughout SaaS implementation projects (specs to go-live).
Ability to build expertise on SaaS solutions and client needs, and support internal teams as a reference.

Nice to have

Experience working with eCommerce returns/post-purchase domains.
Experience building or improving standardized implementation processes.
