Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Role Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a Client Implementation Project Manager for a remote position with a major healthcare company. This is a 6-month contract role focused on overseeing Commercial and TPA market client implementations in the PBM industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new Commercial and TPA market implementations end to end
• Create work plans, schedule/resource estimates, status reports, and implementation priorities
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, business, product, and technical) to ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality delivery
• Ensure implementation tracking, analysis, reporting, and communication meet established policies and procedures
• Lead complex workstreams including areas such as:
  • Operations Readiness (Member Services/System Access & Training/Vendor Transition/Reporting/Pharmacy Helpdesk)
  • Eligibility
• Manage ServiceNow (SN) automated workflow updates to meet QA standards and ensure 100% accuracy by timeline for each implementation
• Review deliverables for adherence to quality standards and team performance measurements
• Obtain signoffs on deliverables from internal and external stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed; ensure solutions match client requirements
• Partner with Account Management to track, document, and close implementation items per client intent
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives to improve the implementation process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in PBM or the pharmacy industry
• 2+ years of implementation or large healthcare project management experience
• Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and negotiate solutions
• Independent contributor who can multi-task, work with leaders, and ensure client satisfaction
• Willingness to work through year-end holiday period (as needed) to support client go-live issues

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Pay: $55–$65 per hour
