About the role
Role Overview
Implementation Project Manager at Procare HR (remote with occasional travel). You will own client relationships and ensure successful onboarding and completion for clients using Procare HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the client relationship from initiation to completion
- Coordinate on-site onboarding processes
- Manage client and internal calendars to support implementation timelines
- Provide ongoing client training to drive seamless integration and satisfaction
- Build strong client partnerships through excellent organizational and communication skills
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years in implementation, customer success, and/or project management
- 2+ years in HR, payroll, or related field (strong preference for PEO services or similar HR outsourcing/HR consulting experience)
- Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software
- Demonstrated experience fostering client relationships
