About the role
Role Overview
Implementation Project Manager (Technical Project Management) in the Professional Services team at Intellum.
This is a client-facing SaaS implementation and onboarding role focused on guiding customers through technical implementations, platform launches, integrations, and customer-specific configuration projects. The TPM ensures alignment between technical requirements and business goals, while delivering a structured, high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple implementation projects end-to-end (from kickoff through delivery), ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead technical projects requiring cross-functional alignment and execution for new and existing customers.
- Drive quality delivery and long-term customer health by:
- creating clear project plans
- tracking progress
- identifying and mitigating risks
- conducting post-project debriefs
- Coordinate internal and client-facing resources, aligning delivery with customers’ desired business outcomes and company targets.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and provide clear technical guidance across the project lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Education to support long-term adoption and success.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering technical, cross-functional implementations.
- Ability to demonstrate platform expertise and guide customers through technical decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SaaS onboarding/implementation and integrations (implied by role scope).
