About the role

Role Overview

Implementation Product Specialist at Rad AI (Full remote). You will lead product training, support go-live stabilization, and build deep functional expertise in Rad AI’s software. You’ll also act as a radiology workflow consultant, translating customer workflows into optimized product configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product training and support go-live stabilization during implementation projects
Develop deep functional knowledge of one Rad AI product (features, workflows, and integrations)
Facilitate communication between implementation, product/engineering, and technical support teams
Manage vendor tasks and escalations and address product queries
Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational stakeholders
Conduct workflow discovery and perform gap analysis to optimize radiology workflows in the product
Support pre-sales engagements

Requirements

4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, with strong product expertise and/or healthcare/industry knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach and facilitate effective training
Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities, meet timelines, and maintain documentation
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and collaborate toward shared goals
Hands-on experience in radiology/imaging environments, including familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows
Experience engaging clinical stakeholders (e.g., radiologists, department leads) and adapting messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
Practical working knowledge of SaaS implementations and technical concepts
Bachelor’s degree or above

Nice-to-Haves

Experience as a radiology technologist, PACS administrator, or radiology IT specialist
Consulting or healthcare software implementation experience
Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR, and EHRs
Experience with radiology HIT products such as RIS, PACS, and voice recognition/dictation platforms
Growth-stage startup experience
