Implementation Manager

Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Valon Mortgage, you act as the primary day-to-day partner for clients and coordinate internal teams to deliver outcomes quickly and safely. You own the plan of record for enterprise deployments and drive execution across stakeholders while ensuring smooth enablement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the plan of record for enterprise deployments, ensuring tasks, risks, issues, and open items are tracked and managed
• Drive execution to the timeline, anticipating long-lead blockers and balancing speed with quality in regulated environments
• Manage scope and change, including surfacing dependencies and risks early
• Build trusted relationships with project manager counterparts and business leaders; translate feedback into actionable items
• Run executive cadence and contribute to the implementation playbook
• Support enablement and adoption goals; minimize bespoke build and business disruption

Requirements

• 3–6 years in implementation management, consulting, program management, or similar roles leading complex enterprise rollouts
• Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication; clear decision-making in ambiguity and high-stakes settings
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders in compliance-sensitive environments
• Strong relationship-building and high EQ; able to earn trusted-advisor status with clients and executives
• Good judgment on escalation, scope control (minimum viable path), and managing expectations
• Fluency with program tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, and project/issue trackers
• Background working with product or engineering teams in forward-deployed settings
