Implementation Analyst

Role Overview

Join Fieldguide as an Implementation Analyst, supporting the onboarding of customers onto the platform. You’ll configure customer environments, perform data migrations, and help ensure a smooth day-one experience. This early-career role is intended as a launchpad into implementation consulting with increased ownership over time.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Configure client environments: engagement models, user roles, and permissions to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
• Execute data migration and configuration tasks (e.g., importing trial balances, control matrices, and field mapping) so customers can go live on schedule.
• Translate documented requirements into system configuration, working under guidance from senior implementation team members and building expertise across projects.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially for repetitive/manual configuration work.
• Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), follow documented processes, and ask thoughtful clarification questions.
• Team-first and mission-driven mindset; proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and system configurations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Takes ownership of workstreams, drives tasks to completion, and proactively flags blockers with proposed solutions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services; prior industry experience helpful but not required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar work (preferred: top management consulting firm or high-growth startup).
• Familiarity manipulating, transforming, and translating data between systems/formats.
