About the role

Role Overview

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect focused on PingOne DaVinci for a major CIAM migration. This is a remote contract role supporting a Fortune 500 enterprise on an established IAM engineering team.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and hands-on development for PingOne and DaVinci workflows
Support a large-scale CIAM migration with PingOne as the core platform
Integrate and onboard customer-facing and third-party applications into CIAM
Design and implement OIDC/OAuth authentication flows and manage token governance
Work as part of a collaborative IAM engineering team (4th member)
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of Ping Identity components
Communicate with technical and business stakeholders, maintaining strong responsiveness

Required Skills & Experience

Expert, hands-on PingOne DaVinci experience (architect level; ~50% design / 50% engineering)
Strong background in the Ping Identity Suite (e.g., PingOne, PingFederate, PingDirectory)
CIAM implementation experience and application onboarding background
Deep understanding of OIDC/OAuth and token lifecycle/governance
Ability to work independently in large enterprise environments

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with PingOne Advanced Services / Advanced Series (Managed Hosting Module)
AWS experience: Lambda, API Gateway, Terraform, CloudWatch
Experience with PingOne MFA or risk-based tools such as PingOne Protect
Prior enterprise-scale application migration experience
